Responsibilities
Lead the day with purpose—kick off each morning with a team huddle.
Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate tailored treatment plans.
Empower your team—delegate effectively to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license, CPR certification, and DEA license (or in process of obtaining).
Controlled Substance license if required by the state.
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Compensation Earn up to $325,000–$425,000 per year.
Benefits Benefits vary by employment status and hours worked, including malpractice insurance, vacation, health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
