Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team while executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You help maximize store profitability by achieving sales goals, ensuring store standards and processes for merchandising, operations, staffing and community engagement are well executed. You may assume responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence. You create an inclusive environment, always putting our internal and external customers first. How You Will Make a Difference

Maximize store sales, achieve sales goals and monitor progress against key targets.

Inspire and model a consumer‑centric mindset by exemplifying selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.

Support the Store Manager with networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing high‑caliber talent.

Provide direct coaching, feedback, training and supervision of associates, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Demonstrate clear communication, training, and coaching to set expectations on customer engagement and store policies.

Assist in managing expenses to maximize sales and profitability.

Cultivate an environment of productivity by ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals.

Skills for Success

3+ years of professional/retail management experience.

Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams.

Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.

Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.

Solution‑oriented mindset.

Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

A formal education is nice to have, but total experience and achievements are most important.

Hiring Range $23.50 – $32.04 USD per hour.

Incentive Potential This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
