Responsibilities

Manage and support the order‑taking process in SAP, including returns

Coordinate with clients on all outbound‑related issues, including tracking and delivery support

Support and manage pre‑orders and in‑season reorders for customers

Prepare and maintain pricing and order sheets

Support Operations and Sales Managers to maintain strong alignment in day‑to‑day tasks, including reporting responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales administration, or a similar role

Experience in retail sales within the apparel or fashion industry

Working knowledge of SAP

Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
