Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Automation Delivery Manager based in Woodridge, IL. The manager will be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between various stakeholders, and providing expert consultation on warehouse automation designs. Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, workflows, and processes
Expertise in Program Management, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
Team Management experience in guiding and coordinating cross‑functional teams
Background in Consulting or providing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Proficiency in warehouse automation solutions or relevant technologies is a plus
Ability to thrive in an on‑site team environment in Woodridge, IL
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields is preferred
