– lead growth, sales strategy, and culture. Executive leadership across national landscape portfolio. Responsibilities

Lead design, installation, and maintenance sales pipeline and backlog growth. Develop and execute acquisitions strategies for design/install and maintenance divisions. Build relationships with key clients, developers, and industry professionals. Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive top‑line growth. Set KPIs and metrics to assess sales success and adjust strategies. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to departmental directors and managers. Align maintenance and installation services to ensure seamless project execution. Lead quarterly strategic planning and monthly executive reviews. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability for designated departments. Act as culture champion, model core values, and reinforce them organizationwide. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives through transparent leadership. Support talent development, leadership training, and succession planning. Ensure consistent communication and alignment from executive team down through all levels. Qualifications

10+ years senior leadership experience, preferably within boutique landscape firm. Proven success leading and scaling high‑performing sales organization. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team‑building abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive results while fostering strong collaborative culture. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field (MBA a plus). Experience managing cross‑functional operations in high‑growth service business. Familiarity with CRM platforms, landscape project workflows, and financial reporting tools. Perks
