Healthcare Operations Manager / Program Director Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. As the Program Director or Program Manager, you will oversee the complete operations of a Wound Care Center, including day‑to‑day center operations, staff management, financial performance, quality improvement, and community education.

Key Responsibilities

Center Operations (20%) • Oversee outpatient clinic operations and wound care continuum programs. • Assess clinic workflow, identify improvements and implement best practices. • Coordinate resources, supplies, equipment and services with hospital and company personnel. • Facilitate communication and information flow throughout the program. • Prioritize tasks and direct clinical and non‑clinical staff.

Financial Management (10%) • Manage revenue cycle for Healogics and hospital partner. • Stay current on reimbursement changes and educate staff.

• Review financial reports, analyze trends, and develop fiscal responsibility plans. • Track ancillary revenues and manage costs through labor and supply utilization. • Present financial results to hospital leadership.

Community Education & Marketing (40%) • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patient referrals. • Build relationships with target referral sources and maintain physician practice lists. • Conduct physician visits to raise awareness of the program and document interactions in CRM. • Communicate referral development progress with hospital executive sponsors.

Quality & Performance Improvement (10%) • Implement a continuous performance improvement program aligned with hospital PIP. • Participate in hospital committees and maintain accurate documentation. • Monitor patient, physician, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Relationships (15%) • Maintain relationships with hospital clients and align program goals with hospital strategy. • Build effective working relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and support teams. • Meet regularly with hospital leadership and perform other duties as needed.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field and 1+ year of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.

OR Associate’s degree and 2+ years of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.

OR High School Diploma and 4+ years of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.

Management experience preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of regulatory and accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including group presentation skills.

Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.

Leadership, teaching, relationship‑building, team‑building, and motivational skills.

Ability to work with Healogics and hospital management, including travel overnight.

Budget and strategic planning abilities.

Physical Demands

Stationary or seated positions for 4+ hours.

Extended computer use and frequent typing for 4+ hours.

Movement, lifting/moving up to 20 pounds, and pushing/pulling.

Work Environment

Normal office setting, primarily indoors.

Patient care environment with exposure to bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and mechanical equipment.

Salary Range Estimated annual range: $102,400.00 – $134,800.00, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
