What's the Job?
Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits.
Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
Perform weekly QA audits of data captured by internal and external teams.
Compose weekly reports on trends and issues identified in collection data.
Provide continual feedback loops to ensure project success and monitor program performance for quality improvements.
What's Needed?
Native fluency in Italian (required for participant interaction and data collection).
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel) and formula writing.
