We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly motivated leader to join our executive team as Director, Strategy & Analytics. This role partners directly with the President to shape organizational direction, drive high‑impact initiatives, and build the fact base behind the company’s most critical business decisions. You will play an integral role in the transformation of one of the most dynamic companies in sports technology.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with the President to define, operationalize, and execute strategic priorities and the annual operating plan.
Represent the President in high‑level meetings, strategic discussions, and cross‑functional forums.
Develop frameworks, financial models, and executive‑ready presentations that inform decision‑making.
Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Drive Analytics & Business Insights
Lead a small, high‑performing analytics team that connects data to strategy and measures outcomes.
Build dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical tools that drive visibility, accountability, and operational improvement.
Partner with leaders across functions to strengthen forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and ROI analysis.
Champion a data‑driven decision‑making culture across the company.
Direct data strategy and analytics processes and ensure a cohesive approach across the organization.
Program Leadership & PMO
Oversee mission‑critical, cross‑functional initiatives—from platform modernization to new market entry.
Coordinate workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure cross‑functional accountability.
Identify risks early and drive resolution through structured communication, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact and support long‑term growth.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of total professional experience, including 3+ years at a top‑tier management consulting firm.
Proven ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and develop data‑driven, executive‑level narratives.
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills; adept at influencing without formal authority.
Experience leading or partnering closely with analytics, finance, or business intelligence teams.
Demonstrated executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and a growth‑oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for live events, sports, and technology.
The approximate national base pay range for this position is $162,000 to $200,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location.
