About the Role We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Portal Developer with EC Pro expertise
to support a mission-critical federal program. This fully remote role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining modern, user-friendly ServiceNow portals while ensuring security, performance, and compliance in a cleared environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with
ServiceNow EC Pro , ServiceNow Portal Development, and
IT Service Management (ITSM) , along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical teams.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, configure, and test
ServiceNow portals
and web-based components
Develop and customize portals using
ServiceNow EC Pro
Update and maintain portal content to ensure accuracy and usability
Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards
Research and implement portal enhancements and updated content
Troubleshoot and resolve portal, UI, and performance issues
Follow ServiceNow best practices, accessibility standards, and security guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance

U.S. Citizenship required
Advanced experience with:
ServiceNow Platform
ServiceNow Portal Development
ServiceNow ITSM
ServiceNow EC Pro (required)
Strong understanding of web development and portal architecture
Proven ability to document technical solutions
