Amazon Studios, the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon, is responsible for producing original content and licensing studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers. Executive Assistant – Amazon Studios Marketing Location: Culver City, California. This role supports the Amazon Studios Marketing team with a focus on global scheduling, travel coordination, and executive-level assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop day‑to‑day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Handle phone calls and messaging.

Plan domestic and international travel itineraries and process expenses.

Organize events and manage group communications.

Perform administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, and purchase orders.

Track and drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items.

Meet and greet internal and external guests.

Qualifications

5+ years of executive assistant experience.

Experience with executive level calendar management.

Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment.

Entertainment industry experience.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Excellent organization, multi‑tasking and communications skills.

Strong motivation and ability to take initiative with little direction.

Excellent judgment in dealing with high‑level problems.

Experience managing confidential and sensitive information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in the lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in the highest. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
