Job Summary The Media Manager plays a vital role in executing and managing paid media campaigns for Garnier, Thayers, and SoftSheen Carson. Working within the strategic framework established by the Director of Media, this role requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual with a solid understanding of the full‑funnel media landscape and a strong focus on Retail Media. Responsibilities include implementing media plans, tracking performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Management: collaborate with marketers on brief development, identify and recommend media investments, gain stakeholder alignment, and own audience strategy based on brand consumer targets.

Budget Monitoring & Reconciliation: maintain and monitor budget tracking and pacing across channels, assist with budget reconciliation and invoice processing, ensuring accurate financial management.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: analyze campaign performance to determine insights, make real‑time optimizations, and present monthly campaign recaps to cross‑functional teams.

Learning Agenda Support: execute new beta opportunities, collaborate with counterparts, and participate in cross‑divisional sharing sessions.

Landscape Tracking & Reporting: gather and analyze competitive intelligence and marketplace dynamics, understand the beauty market, and monitor digital trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience managing media campaigns (agency experience preferred).

Strong expertise in display, search, and connectivity to national media tactics, with an understanding of the full consumer journey to conversion.

Experience analyzing performance data and communicating findings via reports and presentations.

Strong analytical and data‑management skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range (New York) $98,400 – $140,200 base salary (actual compensation varies by location, experience, education, and skill level).
