About StoryVid
At StoryVid, we’re building the modern model for commercial video. We don’t chase trends or pump out generic content. We partner with brands that want strategy, story, and execution aligned from day one. Whether we’re producing a full‑scale brand anthem, a product launch campaign, or a month‑long content engine, our goal is simple: deliver creative that performs and a client experience that feels like a true partnership.
StoryVid is a video production company built around story, strategy, and scalable creative systems. We create commercials, branded campaigns, UGC variations, product videos, launch videos, and ongoing content engines for brands that want high‑performing creative with a partner who understands marketing as much as filmmaking.
We operate in a hybrid in‑office model in Lexington, KY with high collaboration between directors, producers, editors, and AEs. Our team is young, hungry, and deeply committed to pushing creative performance. We value clarity, ownership, and speed. No bloated hierarchies. No ego. Just ambitious people doing great work.
Position Summary The Head of Production is the operational center of StoryVid’s production team. You will run the day‑to‑day production pipeline, keep projects moving, protect timelines, and ensure our internal teams and clients experience a smooth, transparent, and buttoned‑up process.
You’ll drive the entire execution workflow: from estimating and scoping to pre‑production, shoot management, post‑production handoff, and wrap. You’ll supervise producers, coordinate with directors and editors, and work closely with our AEs who stay involved through the entire client relationship.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and operations. You’ll help refine production systems, elevate quality standards, make resource decisions, prevent burnout, and maintain clarity in communication between production, creative, post, and marketing.
