In this role,
the Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of Xray, MR, and CT procedures. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome
patients/visitors/staff
& assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Additional duties include to assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards.
**This is a part time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist, covering Xray, CT and MR services:**
**Wednesday 11:00pm - 7:00am** **Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am** **Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am**
**Preferred Criteria:**
* N.Y. State Department of Health IV Certification * ARRT Advanced Modality certification - MR and CT**Required Criteria:*** High School Diploma or equivalent * Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology * Must obtain at least 24 continuing education credits every 2 years as per ARRT requirements * N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License * American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification * At least 1 year of experience in area of serviceJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
