Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, hands-on experience in requirement gathering, testing, training, and project governance. This role involves leading and mentoring teams, driving project deliverables, and ensuring successful implementation and support of Oracle HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering, document preparation, and review processes. Configure functional design and prepare functional specifications. Perform functional testing, integration testing, and validate reports and data conversion. Coordinate UAT testing with business users and document test results across SIT, DEV, and UAT environments. Prepare and execute test cases based on business scenarios. Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Drive end-to-end integration testing and coordinate with downstream system owners and vendors for impact analysis. Apply Oracle quarterly patch updates and perform impact analysis. Lead functional design sessions for new requirements and quarterly updates. Mentor and guide a team of Oracle consultants across HCM, OIC, and FDI. Coordinate project activities with team members and clients, ensuring adherence to timelines. Prepare track-level status reports and present updates to clients. Required Qualifications
15+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. Mandatory expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management. Strong knowledge of Core HR, Security, and Payroll Integration. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ecosystem and interaction of components (HCM, OIC, FDI). Hands-on experience with HDL loaders and data conversion processes. Excellent understanding of testing methodologies (DEV, SIT, UAT) and documentation practices. Experience in project governance, implementation support, and status reporting. Strong communication and analytical skills.
