Responsibilities

Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies for subscription services

Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging

Use A/B testing and data‑driven insights to improve performance through experimentation

Partner with cross‑functional teams across time zones to execute campaigns flawlessly

Analyze results and continuously refine strategies based on learnings

Requirements

5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in consumer subscriptions

Hands‑on experience with email, push, and in‑app messaging

Strong analytical skills and expertise in A/B testing and optimization

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Bachelor’s degree required
