About the Role Lower Paxton Township is seeking a full-time Deputy Director of Public Works Utilities with a public works and sanitary sewer background. The Deputy Director of Public Works, Utilities Division, is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operations of the Township Authority sanitary sewer and storm sewer utility systems. This position oversees roadways, stormwater, sanitary sewer, Township Authority fleet and facilities. The Deputy Director develops strategic plans, manages capital and operating budgets, supervises personnel, and ensures regulatory compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws.
