Working Conditions You will work in a vibrant, fast‑paced retail environment with moderate noise levels, representing Spectrum’s brand in a professional uniform. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

What You’ll Bring To Spectrum Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.

Significant time working in a retail store environment.

Proven ability to lead others and motivate them to succeed in a goal and incentive‑based work environment.

Detail‑oriented and a good problem solver.

High comfort level with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platforms.

Knowledge of and ability to use computer and software applications.

Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and projects, and handle change effectively.

Work scheduled overtime as needed.

Required Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Related Work Experience

2–3 years Sales/Customer Service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year Management experience; 2–3 years Telecommunications/wireless experience.

Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.

Willingness to travel to other locations as business needs dictate.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Sales training certifications are a plus.
