Senior Sourcing Associate

Role: Senior Sourcing Associate Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sourcing Associate with strong experience in IT procurement and professional services sourcing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to independently manage sourcing cycles, and proven success handling multiple procurement transactions simultaneously. This role is fully remote and requires someone who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience

in procurement or strategic sourcing (minimum 5 years required).

Strong experience in

IT procurement

(MUST HAVE).

Experience in

professional services procurement

(MUST HAVE).

Proven ability to independently run

RFX processes

end-to-end.

Hands-on experience with

SAP Ariba

(MUST HAVE).

Excellent

critical thinking , workload management, and multitasking skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Proficiency in

MS Office Suite

and

Adobe .

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end

strategic sourcing initiatives

for IT procurement and professional services.

Independently run

RFX processes

(RFI, RFP, RFQ), including vendor evaluations, scoring, and recommendations.

Manage

10-13 concurrent transactions

with strong workload management skills.

Own contract-related activities including

contract negotiations

(e.g., cloud solutions such as AWS).

Support #1 sourcing activities, #1 contract management, and #2 supplier management responsibilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a strong team player.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies across private and federal/public sourcing environments.
