Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking a
Program Analysis, Associate
to work with a Federal Client in Washington, DC.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule with 2 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Monitor current programs and identify gaps in refugee and Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) assistance and protection.
Develop and publish funding opportunities to solicit proposals from non-governmental organizations (NGOs), organize and participate on proposal review panels, craft funding recommendation memos for PRM's Assistant Secretary, and ensure timely processing of approved funding actions including contributions to international organizations and cooperative agreements to NGOs.
Help Program Officers monitor project implementation via review of quarterly reports.
Track office funding to international organizations such as the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), other international organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Prepare briefing materials by helping to collect and synthesize information on humanitarian situations and implementing partners' protection and assistance programs.

Required Qualifications
7+ years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in management of Federal program
Demonstrated experience scheduling meetings, arranging conferences, and able to work within demanding rotational assignments
Expert knowledge of computer software such as Adobe, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher)
Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
High caliber written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in time and resource management
Ability to analyze program data for use in evaluating proposals, negotiating award conditions, and monitoring recipient performance as well as preparing briefing materials
Knowledge of basic office management procedures
Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of Federal program management policies and procedure
Knowledge of Federal assistance policies and procedures
Interest in international relations and affairs
Education BA/BS

For this position, the projected compensation range is $100,847 - $109,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations.
