About This Role We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Product Manager (Compliance & Regulatory Reporting) to own the vision, strategy, and long‑term roadmap for our core compliance and regulatory technology initiatives. This role demands extensive cross‑functional collaboration and a focus on elevating our RegTech offerings through the integration of cutting‑edge data‑matching and reporting technologies, streamlined escheatment and levy processing, and advancement of our regulatory reporting systems. The ultimate goal is to transform our existing APIs into a comprehensive SaaS solution, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions while leveraging our technological prowess to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning: Define and champion the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory and financial reporting products, prioritizing reliability and precision to support millions of client accounts and maintain rigorous regulatory compliance.
Drive roadmap execution: Oversee implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Customer and stakeholder engagement: Collaborate closely with customers and senior business leaders to understand their needs and identify product gaps. Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
Cross‑functional leadership: Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and other teams to develop and document detailed product requirements, leading products from conception to launch.
Product documentation and communication: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including annual operating plans, product charters, PR‑FAQs, narratives, and specifications. Effectively communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders.
Performance ownership: Be accountable for the functional and financial success of RegTech products, monitoring key performance indicators and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required; master’s degree in business, finance, or technology preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management or product‑adjacent roles, with preference for exposure to compliance and regulatory functions within financial services. Strong product managers seeking to transition into the FinTech domain are also encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in market research, product requirement definition, and documentation.
Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of product development, ideally within a SaaS or cloud‑based environment.
Required Skills & Abilities
Technical fluency: Ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams, grasp modern technology concepts, and contribute to informed product design decisions.
Financial services acumen: Experience or a strong interest in the securities industry and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional communication: Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Analytical proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with BI tools, Excel, SQL, and potentially Python or R.
Agile mindset: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a preference for iterative product delivery.
Decisive leadership: Strong decision‑making skills and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid office environment, three days per week.
Requires occasional travel (15%+) to collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders.
