What You’ll Do Our Boutique Team Leader is the frontline of our field leadership team, responsible for all aspects of boutique operations including guest experience, talent, and visual merchandising.
Guest Experience
– Cultivate a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Leadership
– Drive sales results by analyzing business metrics, planning and delegating tasks, fostering communication, providing developmental feedback, and acting as a liaison between the boutique, field, and corporate partners.
Talent
– Attract, recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high‑performing and diverse team; coach, train, develop team members; manage performance fairly; establish open, candid relationships.
Operations & Visual
– Lead operational excellence through daily operations, manage budgets and inventory, support and enforce company policies, maximize profitability, and schedule service delivery.

Position Requirements
Several years of experience in specialty retail store leadership
Ability to motivate others and deliver sales results
Independent planning and task execution
Flexible and adaptable; multi‑task and balance priorities
Work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Physical Requirements
Effectively maneuver around sales floor, repetitive bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, climbing; lift up to 35 lbs
