Responsibilities
Implement and coordinate resident care nursing in the community.
Interact with family members, physicians, health service agencies, and hospital liaisons as needed.
Hire, evaluate, and supervise staff within the department.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) in CT with strong staff management and supervisory skills.
BSN with at least two years of full‑time clinical experience, including one year in home health or an RN with a diploma or Associate’s degree with at least four years full‑time clinical experience within the past ten years and at least one of those years in home care or community health.
