Responsibilities
Perform laboratory analysis and administrative tasks associated with clinical assessment of patients. Conduct highly complex testing and coordinate instruction of Clinical Laboratory Science students, residents, fellows, and other hospital personnel. Execute tasks required to maintain accreditation with JCAHO, CAP, DCRA, AABB, and FDA.

Qualifications
MT(ASCP) or eligible to obtain, plus five years of Medical Technologist experience; or
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science plus five years of related experience.
For employees with access to blood irradiator in the Transfusion Service, subject to FBI identification and criminal history records check.
