As a Personal Care Director, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and supervising caregivers working in the Personal Care Assisted Living area of the community. Your duties include staffing, scheduling, daily review of staffing hours and payroll, and maintaining program standards that exceed license regulations.

Job Requirements
2‑4 years of experience in Assisted Living or memory care
LPN required
Proven survey history
Exceptional knowledge of State regulations
Proven leader
Team builder
Experienced educator
Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel and online systems
Great communication skills
