Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Lead and manage projects for CNC manufacturing and assembly process development, design, and validation using advanced methods and 3D modeling.
Ensure processes meet customer geometrical tolerances and quality standards.
Conduct takt time and cycle time analysis; estimate setup and run times.
Support DFMEA activities and develop control plans and inspection methods.
Define materials, tooling, fixturing, adhesives, and manufacturing methods with a focus on safety and quality.
Create high-quality standard work to minimize human error.
Apply GD&T principles to fixture, part, and assembly drawings.
Collaborate with CNC programmers and operators to achieve tight tolerances.
Design fixtures for CNC and assembly processes.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing engineering role with proven success in new process introduction and cost reduction.
Strong CNC machining background and fixture design experience.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and GD&T with tolerance stack‑up analysis.
Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor experience a plus).
Excellent problem‑solving skills using DMAIC principles and tools (8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone, SIPOC).
Strong project management and customer‑facing communication skills.
Job Offer
Base salary between $100,000 and $125,000 annually, depending on experience level.
10% annual bonus incentive.
3 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time.
