Associate, Transaction Advisory Services (FDD)
Base pay range: $95,000 per year – $160,000 per year. We are a 50+ year old advisory firm with expertise in M&A financial, IT and tax due diligence, business analytics and technical accounting across industries. We partner with private equity and corporate clients to perform financial due diligence related to the purchase and sale of private and public companies. Responsibilities
Perform financial due diligence related to the purchase and sale of private and public companies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on statutory and transaction related issues. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 2 years of financial due diligence). Preferred: experience with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages. Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues. CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA).
