As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant you’ll play a leading role, providing the competitive edge our clients need to overcome creative and technical challenges.

The Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role in which you’ll motivate and develop your team and establish new client relationships. You will grow consulting and team‑leadership skills and build relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.

Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Possibly travel to meet with clients.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as a workstream lead across all phases of a ServiceNow project and solution delivery: design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore members.

Analyze an organization’s people, process, and technology capabilities and provide recommendations.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, risk, and issue logs.

Deliver high‑quality artifacts and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.

2‑4 years of relevant experience in domains such as Supply Chain, HR, Customer Service, Compliance, Facilities, Legal or IT.

2‑4 years of relevant experience in Consumer, Retail, Health or Life Sciences.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI solutions.
