We are partnering with a fintech/software company in Exton, PA to hire a mid‑level Corporate Counsel. This lean, high‑impact legal role offers a clear growth path and a hybrid schedule with three days in office.
What you’ll do
Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, including
software/SaaS licenses
and
professional services agreements .
Advise on
corporate ,
HR/employment ,
regulatory (financial services) , and
data security
matters.
Partner closely with
Sales
and
Finance
lines of business.
Stay current on applicable laws and regulations.
What will set you up for success
2–4+ years of corporate or transactional law experience (firm or in‑house).
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts is a must.
Fintech experience is a plus.
