Overview
The Geospatial Engineer will bring expert level experience in processing data via Oracle Spatial using SQL along with a solid knowledgebase of ESRI tools. The ideal candidate will have strong, firsthand technical expertise in a variety of big data technologies and the proven ability to fashion robust scalable solutions to manage large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide the customer with maintenance and support of Oracle Spatial and ESRI applications
Work alongside other engineers on the team to sustain and advance the customer/organizations capabilities.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated subject matter expertise of Geospatial tools and ESRI applications
Geospatial expert with experience in processing data via Oracle Spatial and SQL
Desired Qualifications
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytic, critical thinking, and research skills
Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion

The likely salary range for this position is $212,500 – $287,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
