About this Position This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.
What You’ll Do
Implement manufacturing processes that enable quality products to be delivered on time at competitive cost
Identify and develop projects with regional management on footprint optimization
Lead and manage a team of engineers to implement projects in the area of responsibility
Monitor KPIs for manufacturing processes with regional operations
Liaise with other stakeholders to provide professional support and advice
Prioritize projects specialization, assign and leverage resources in the area of responsibility
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
Define best practices and standards for all relevant manufacturing technologies
Be responsible for the technical management, maintenance and development of new and existing production lines
What makes you a good fit
5-10 years of experience at a minimum in the automotive industry
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or comparable) required. MBA preferred.
Deep knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling, with strong Design for Manufacturing (DFM) experience for moulded parts
Solid understanding of manufacturing principles and the automotive product development process, including concept‑to‑launch phases
Familiarity with industry standards such as IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence
Ability to manage resources effectively and lead complex programs across global teams
Skill in aligning technical decisions with broader business objectives and strategic goals
Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and working successfully within a complex, global matrix organization, driving collaboration and delivering results
Strong capability to present technical and strategic content clearly, and coach team members for performance and development
Expertise in analyzing and resolving multifaceted technical and organizational challenges
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across regions

The salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $185,000.00. This range may be modified in the future.
