Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a business litigation associate to join the firm’s Houston office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Texas.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant court room experience.
Must be admitted to the Texas bar or eligible for immediate admission.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.
Prior federal clerkship experience is preferred.
