Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Hours:
9:00am-5:30pm (flexible)
Schedule:
On-site Monday through Friday
Pay:
$95,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Duties
Draft court filings
Draft discovery requests and responses
Draft subpoenas to third parties
Gather and organize client documents
Prepare and organize document productions (both outgoing and incoming)
Create indices of client, other party, and third‑party documents
Prepare case timelines
Prepare trial documents, exhibits, and other related materials
Provide trial support to attorneys
Research rules of legal procedure and substantive law, including cite checking, Shepardizing, and Bluebooking
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of Litigation experience (Trust & Probate experience a plus)
Experience drafting court filings, subpoenas, and discovery requests
Ability to analyze legal documents and strong proofreading skills
