Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow the technology investment banking practice. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving deal origination, managing client relationships, and overseeing execution of complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in technology M&A and capital markets, combined with entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and execute high‑value transactions in the technology sector (M&A, private placements, strategic advisory).

Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite executives, private equity firms, and venture capital investors.

Lead deal teams, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Mentor and develop junior bankers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.

Contribute to strategic growth initiatives for the firm, including business development and market positioning.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on technology.

Proven track record of originating and closing transactions in software, SaaS, fintech, or related sectors.

Strong network of industry contacts and investor relationships.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
