The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is actively seeking an
Otolaryngologist - Rhinology/Skull Base Physician
to join our team in
Redwood City, CA .
Seeking a board‑certified/board‑eligible otolaryngologist with strong preference for fellowship training in Rhinology/Skull Base.
You will join a group of six providers (four surgeons, one clinic MD, one PA) with a developed subspecialty rhinology practice in one of two primary neurosurgical hubs within Northern California Kaiser, serving over 4.5 million members.
We are a high‑volume sinus/skull base center, performing 80–100 anterior skull base cases with neurosurgery per year and also a tertiary subspecialty referral practice (sinonasal malignancies, revision FESS, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
Participating in a collaborative multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgery, allergy/immunology, oculoplastics, and head and neck oncology/reconstructive surgery.
Managing inpatient service with support from physician assistants.
Providing outpatient care using Abridge AI scribe and Epic through TPMG.
Teaching residents via the Kaiser Oakland HNS program and engaging in research supported by the regional Division of Research.
Opportunistically contributing to community service through Operation Access.
Potential growth into leadership roles within the medical center.
