We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Global Payments & Trade Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
Support compliance with federal and state Consumer Compliance and Protection laws, regulations, and acts (e.g., Reg E, Privacy, GLBA).
Help business develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
Analyze ongoing legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practices for first line of defense compliance requirements.
Validate controls or project plans to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, rules, and regulations and manage risk.
Assist business unit managers in response to reports issued by regulatory agencies, including MRA, MRIA and other Corrective Action Plans, as applicable, and other internal / external audits.
Identify, track and maintain Key Risk Indicators/Key Performance Indicators by product.
Provide guidance and training to entry-level employees.
Liaise with compliance, legal, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
Financial Services, Audit or Compliance background and/or experience with consumer compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred.
