MGB Digital is hiring a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst!
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Configuration Specialist with extensive expertise with UKG Pro WFM. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing the UKG Pro WFM instance to meet client-specific needs and improve operational efficiency.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
Train end users on the operation of software applications; develop end user documentation.
Provide ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
Engage in dedicated project work.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues and updates.
Participate in professional development activities such as webinars, workshops, and online training.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Expertise in configuring and implementing at least one of the following UKG Pro WFM areas: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Analytics or reporting.
Experience with writing and executing test plans designed for direct and regression testing.
Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs and align with enterprise standardization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred.
MGB can consider and review experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2‑3 years required.
Skills For Success
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical staff.
Demonstrated analytic and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
Working Model Required
M‑F Eastern Business hours
Remote and onsite hybrid work required, as planned and scheduled for business needs monthly.
Remote work days require a stable, secure, quiet, compliant workstation using MGB provided equipment.
