The BSA bridges business needs with technology solutions, specializing in HR and talent‑acquisition platforms such as Avature and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The role combines strong analytical acumen with deep technical expertise to deliver scalable, integrated systems that support Intuit’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Develop and document as‑is and to‑be process flows for HR and recruiting systems, identifying automation and integration opportunities. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and data quality. Perform detailed gap and impact analyses across Avature and ATS systems to identify optimization areas. Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, TA operations, IT, and vendors to design and implement system enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation, functional specifications, and configuration guides for all Avature and ATS modules. Participate in solution testing, validation, and UAT to ensure quality and accuracy prior to release. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during system upgrade cycles and release management. Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and compliant with internal data security and privacy standards. Evaluate and implement new ATS capabilities, plug‑ins, and integration enhancements in collaboration with internal IT and vendor partners. Lead release planning, coordinating testing, deployment, and post‑implementation validation. Contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps, identifying dependencies, risks, and long‑term system improvement opportunities. Recommend and document best practices for change management, configuration control, and release governance. Act as the system SME for Avature and ATS platforms, advising business partners on optimization strategies and future‑state design. Mentor junior analysts and serve as a thought leader on HR technology trends and process automation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
