About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Director of Marketing Technology to lead our mature MarTech organization into its next phase of growth. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our marketing technology ecosystem, enabling revenue marketing across three business entities and driving advanced personalization, buying group engagement, and revenue attribution.
If you thrive at the intersection of technology, strategy, and marketing—and love building scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes—this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead MarTech Evolution: Scale our marketing technology stack across multiple business units, redefine customer lifecycle management, and advance personalized journey orchestration.
Build & Inspire Teams: Develop a high‑performing team of product managers and marketing operations analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Optimize Data & Platforms: Drive seamless integration between CRM and marketing automation systems, improve data hygiene, and unlock advanced capabilities in Marketo.
Integrate for Growth: Partner with Sales Technology leadership to create a unified revenue engine, improving lead quality and marketing‑to‑sales handoff processes.
Own Product Strategy: Oversee platform roadmaps for Marketo, Cvent, and Bynder, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of marketing technology leadership experience, including 3+ years managing technical teams.
Deep expertise in Marketo and experience scaling across multiple business units.
Strong background in attribution modeling, lifecycle management, and buying group strategies.
Proven success leading agile development processes and complex data integration projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (or similar CDP), Cvent, and Bynder.
Experience in multi-entity or marketplace business environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Strategic mindset with hands‑on understanding of B2B revenue funnels.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Comfort presenting to executive leadership and influencing cross‑functional teams.
Why Join Us This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape the future of marketing technology in a fast‑growing, innovative organization. You’ll work alongside passionate teams, tackle complex challenges, and leave a legacy of scalable solutions that drive real business impact.
