Base pay range
$113,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr
Job Description Platform Management Associate within the Platform Management & Strategy team. Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to establish operating models, maintain legal agreements and disclosures, and work closely with control partners—Legal, Risk, and Compliance. The Associate will facilitate these efforts and ensure seamless operations across the organization. The role is based in Boston, MA.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a key contributor to the Platform Management Team, supporting the effective operation and governance of the business platform.
Lead and support operational projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders.
Design processes and operating models, and assist in documentation of policies, procedures and controls.
Partner with Control, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to enhance the control environment, ensure regulatory and policy adherence, and deliver on issue action plans.
Assist with contract management, including review and oversight of client agreements, enterprise contracts, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate and manage updates to platform disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate audit activities, including preparation, documentation, follow‑up on findings, and collaboration with auditors and internal control functions for business reviews and exams.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills
Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
Experience in management support and strategic planning in a financial services or investment management context.
Understanding of ETFs, mutual funds, model portfolios, separately managed accounts, and direct indexing.
