Our vision for this brokerage is to redefine the commercial insurance industry through innovative models and the strategic use of AI to automate redundant tasks, allowing us to deliver an exceptionally high level of service to our commercial buyers.

About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced and service-oriented Founding Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients and play a critical role in delivering excellent service, managing policy administration, and helping shape operational workflows as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients after the sale is closed
Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, audits, and other day-to-day account servicing needs
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Collaborate with producers, carriers, and underwriters to deliver fast, accurate support
Ensure all client communications and transactions are documented and compliant
Serve as a subject matter expert to help define, refine, and improve workflows for future team members
Identify opportunities for service enhancements and process automation
Contribute to a team culture focused on continuous improvement and client success
Required Qualifications
Active Hawaii Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing commercial insurance accounts
Must have experience with AI tools, automation & workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Proactive, solution-oriented approach to client service
Comfortable using or learning modern agency management systems and technology tools
Interest in innovation and building systems that support scalable growth
Full-time position
Hybrid in Hawaii. Oahu ideal, open to remote PST candidates willing to relocate to Oahu within 3-6 months.
