A fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company in the hospitality space is hiring a
Director of Sales
to own and scale the sales function. The platform helps restaurants, hotels, golf courses, and venues run leaner by automating everything from tip distribution to labor forecasting.
The Role This is a hands-on leadership position. You will start by closing deals directly, refining go-to-market strategy, and laying the foundation for a repeatable sales engine. Over time, you’ll build and lead a team, establish process discipline, and drive scalable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales, from founder-led motion to repeatable team execution
Close deals with SMB and mid-market hospitality operators
Build and optimize CRM (HubSpot) for visibility and accountability
Develop and implement a sales playbook using MEDPICC
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
Introduce AI tools and automation to accelerate pipeline efficiency
Collaborate closely with product and marketing on positioning and lead quality
Track key metrics, identify gaps, and continuously improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including leadership roles
Proven success scaling a startup’s sales motion from early traction to repeatability
Experience selling to SMB and mid-market buyers (hospitality a strong plus)
Expertise in CRM (HubSpot preferred), pipeline management, and sales automation
Familiarity with structured methodologies like MEDPICC
Strong communicator with a founder mindset, accountability, and urgency
