The Manager, Dealer Relations leads, coaches, and develops a high‑performing sales team, contributing to strategic direction and executing sales targets across Canada. Responsibilities
Directly manage, coach, and develop a sales team regionalized within Canada. Work cross‑functionally with other departments to communicate customer needs and product requirements. Analyze pipeline development and forecasting for individual and team performance. Drive a growth mindset, accountability, trust, and integrity within the team. Lead rollout of new products and programs, ensuring proper training and adoption. Communicate effectively up and down the organization. Perform sales management administration (forecasting, region reviews, etc.). Implement sales processes and methodologies. Provide spot coaching and organized up‑skilling sessions. Participate in speaking engagements and face‑to‑face responsibilities as required. Execute against strategic objectives for the team. Travel into market with team members to provide in‑field coaching and development. Qualifications
Previous management and leadership experience. Track record of success and strategic initiative execution. Experience selling SaaS or technology subscriptions (preferred). Proficiency with sales technology tools, including CRM and Looker. Ambitious sales leader committed to team success. Exceptional credibility with team members and organizations. Decisiveness and accountability in prior roles. Servant leadership through emotional intelligence and “grit,” guiding teams through strategic change. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $168,000—$210,000 USD (base). Total rewards include equity, bonuses, RSUs, comprehensive benefits, and flexible hybrid work model. EEO Statement
