Reporting to the RVP of Sales, this company is hiring a Sales Director to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle and drive revenue by selling their managed services and self‑serve solutions. You will seek out, connect with, and secure prospects, following leads to close deals. You will focus on selling solutions, acquiring new clients, expanding relationships with existing ones, and collaborating with agencies and brands to build strategic partnerships that align with their business goals and deliver measurable results. This is a remote opportunity selling into clients within the west coast.

How You Will Make an Impact

Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle. Manage the entire sales process, including identifying, pitching, and closing deals with agencies and brands. Sell the company’s powerful SaaS platform alongside the media offerings, presenting both managed services and self‑serve solutions to meet diverse client needs.

Grow their reach. Develop new business to meet sales quotas, targeting potential prospects and leveraging qualified leads from their pre‑sales team. Build, own, and expand a book of business, focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships across various industries.

Collaborate. Work closely with their Account Managers and Product and Campaign Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.

Engage. Use your knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem to provide prospects and clients with strategic insights and innovative solutions that enhance their digital strategies.

What You Bring

The drive. You are results‑driven and motivated to exceed sales targets. You are a proactive hunter passionate about seeking new opportunities and building relationships; you can identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.

The industry experience. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in digital advertising sales, successfully managing sales cycles, and driving revenue with clients from small businesses to large organizations. You bring expertise in Real Time Bidding, programmatic, or ad network sales. You thrive in a hunter role and are proficient with tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft. While programmatic sales experience is essential, they welcome candidates who bring that expertise from various industries, including publishers, traditional media, or digital advertising.

The technical proficiency. Familiar with the digital media landscape and ad‑proficient with CRM tools. Comfortable using MS Office, grasp complex technical details and translate them into valuable, easily understood client insights.

The communication skills. Exceptional communication skills, naturally curious, can ask probing questions that build connections, uncover true motivations, and lead to long‑term relationships. Can create compelling pitch decks, conduct research to support business development and make engaging presentations.

The commitment to success. Can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Highly coachable and committed to personal growth, always looking for ways to improve and learn. Balance multiple deals at different stages while maintaining attention to detail, always prioritizing the customer's objectives.

The flexibility. Can travel to client sites as needed.
