Combining biomechanics, data science, and human coaching, the brand is redefining how skiers train and progress on snow.
Following the successful launch of its second-generation product, the company is now focused on expanding its retail footprint in the United States to complement its strong direct-to-consumer base.
Objective of the Role The U.S. Retail Sales Manager will lead the development and management of the company’s retail sales channel in North America. This position will drive the expansion of brick‑and‑mortar partnerships across ski destinations, specialty stores, and resort‑based retailers. The role will involve recruiting and supporting key accounts, executing demo events, and creating training programs that help retail partners successfully present a complex, technology‑driven product to customers.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this position will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the channel expands.
Ideal Profile The ideal candidate is a passionate skier with a solid understanding of specialty retail and consumer technology. They should bring at least three years of experience in sales or retail management, ideally in the snowsports, outdoor, or connected consumer products sectors. This person will combine commercial drive with the credibility to represent an innovative product to both consumers and retailers.
Candidates should be based in or near major mountain hubs in Utah, Colorado, or California and be comfortable spending significant time on‑site with retail partners and on the slopes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the U.S. retail sales strategy in alignment with global objectives
Identify, onboard, and manage key retail partners, focusing on independent and specialty ski shops
Create and implement training programs to improve in‑store product knowledge and sell‑through performance
Plan and host on‑snow demo events and community activations to drive consumer engagement and retailer visibility
Support partners with interactive point‑of‑sale displays and promotional tools
Monitor sales performance and report on channel growth, profitability, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand representation at retail
Provide feedback to management on customer insights and opportunities for channel improvement
Requirements
Passion for skiing and ability to demonstrate products on snow
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, account management, or business development in snowsports, outdoor, or consumer tech industries
Proven success building or expanding retail networks and managing partner relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self‑driven and entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment
Willingness to travel frequently across Utah, Colorado, California, and other U.S. regions as needed
Valid driver’s license
