About the Job We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Partnerships Manager for Anduril’s Edge Compute and Communications business line. This role oversees high‑visibility partnerships that drive program wins and revenue growth, managing end‑to‑end relationships with tangible outcomes for all parties.

What You’ll Do

Own multiple high‑visibility partnerships end‑to‑end, from initial meetings to scoping, closing opportunities, and delivery.

Act as the primary Anduril point of contact for multiple partners, streamlining communications and maintaining situational awareness across teams.

Drive revenue growth by establishing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner relationships.

Engage in complex technical and business development meetings and coordinate with internal teams to align partnership roadmaps with engineering plans.

Advocate for Connected Warfare products and ensure partners can effectively use the technology.

Coordinate complex logistics and support partners in the field when needed.

Identify, prioritize, and vet potential partners based on technical fit, cultural fit, program access, and other relevant criteria.

Required Qualifications

Experience managing multiple complex, technical partnerships over several years.

Ability to set up, test, and explain new technologies to partners and customers.

Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.

Proactive, humble, and results‑oriented mindset.

Comfortable communicating with large groups and senior leadership.

Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner engagements.

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Active U.S. Secret security clearance with ability to receive TS/SCI.

Direct experience with the U.S. military or major system integrators.

Experience with edge computing and communications systems.

Salary & Benefits US Salary Range : $146,000 — $194,000 USD
