Call Center Supervisor
for a full‑time position at our outpatient imaging center in Bel Air, MD. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.

Responsibilities The Business Office Team collaborates and leads the Imaging Center team to provide excellent patient care and support operational goals. Responsibilities include welcoming, registering, coordinating patient care, phone correspondence, scheduling, inventory, medical record management, and supervision of Business Office team members.
Requirements Education
High school diploma or GED (required)
Skills / Abilities
Work independently and multitask
Provide accurate and concise documentation
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
