Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various e-commerce sources, including sales platforms, inventory systems, marketing tools, and customer databases
- Develop and manage data pipelines and processes to ensure ongoing data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly present trends and insights to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations to improve performance, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives
- Monitor and report on key e-commerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior, product performance, and operational metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting data requests and partnering with analysts, developers, and operational teams to enable data-driven decisions
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools, data visualization best practices, and industry trends to continually enhance reporting and analysis capabilities
- Must be flexible to work between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, averaging 40 hours per week
- Provide customer service support during peak holiday periods
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Education & Experience
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics or related field. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
