In this role, you will lead the expansion and optimization of a European distribution network for advanced engineering simulation software. You will drive market growth by developing strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors, enabling them to succeed while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Accountabilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive distributor strategy to grow market presence across Europe
Identify, recruit, and manage strategic distribution partners, providing training, enablement, and performance support
Define KPIs and monitor distributor performance to drive sales and revenue growth
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create regional go-to-market plans and promotional initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, resellers, and system integrators
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine channel strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Negotiate contracts and partnership terms, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness
Requirements
Proven track record in sales and channel management within engineering simulation software, preferably in automotive or aerospace sectors
Experience managing reseller or distributor networks and driving partner-led revenue growth
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment
Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience engaging strategic partners
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, remote-first environment
Based in the EMEA region with flexibility for occasional travel
