Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Flask/React)
for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in
Türkiye . Our client is a company building AI-powered legal software.
Role Overview:
As a Fullstack Software Engineer on the Product Engineering team, you will own and lead engineering projects across multiple product lines. You will work across the stack to build secure, scalable systems that deliver real value to customers, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and support teams. The role focuses on building modern application-layer and generative AI–powered products.

mandatory overlap until 12 PM PST (22:00 Türkiye time).
What You’ll Work With
Infrastructure:
Deployed on Microsoft Azure
Orchestration:
Temporal
AI/LLMs:
OpenAI-, Anthropic-, and Gemini-based models
What You'll Do
Write clean and well-structured code with ample test coverage
Develop, release, and refine key product functionalities and end-user experiences
Build API endpoints for CRUD functionality and otherwise
Write service/model layer code to interface with backend DB
Create OpenAPI types to pass data between server and client
Create modular and extensible frontend components
Integrate end-to-end UI flows with backend logic
Write DB migrations to make changes to the backend DB schema
Create permissions and feature flags to gate and rollout your features
Create interfaces and abstractions for other engineers to consume
Create integrations to third-party services and vendors
