Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.75 per hour
Job Description We’re looking for a leader who can manage all aspects of our store during their shift. The Shift Leader is responsible for cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations, and sets the example for the crew.
Responsibilities
Lead the crew during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed and operations run smoothly
Implement daily financial controls and manage inventory and cash responsibly
Serve customers with excellent service while meeting company policy and procedures
Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Act as the liaison between the store and company leadership
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
Good judgment and basic math skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
